HT - G500 series soft tube filling machine adopts advanced PLC and touch screen control system, intuitive, convenient and reliable.This machine structure is compact, manual install tube, using photoelectric to finish automatic precise positioning, automatic detection, realize intelligentize filling work.The machine shell adopts 304 stainless steel, reasonable design, simple operation, convenient maintenance, mainly used in all kinds of viscous or pasty fluid of cosmetics, daily chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.The machine can replace filling part according to different hoses or bottles, suitable for filling most alien hose or special-shaped bottle.

Procedure from order to after-sale service:

1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2. confirm the technical layout, price, lead time, payment term etc.
3. Freedom sales send the proforma invoice.
4. Customer makes the payment as deposit and sends us bottles & caps.
5. We start manufacture machines.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your machines in production.
    Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production machines photos and videos will be sent to you for approval. You can also arrange to our factory for Inspection.
8. Customers make payment for balance and we arrange to ship the machines.
9.  Engineer is available for installation or after-sale service in factory overseas.
10. Feedback to Freedom about Quality, Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.

Nozzle:

We adopt different nozzle for different requirements, some of them shown as following:

Components

(1)  4/6/7/8 nozzles filling machine +capping machine +labeling machine 
(2)  Bottle clip fixtures (horizontal pneumatic double folder), to avoid dislocation filling.
(3)  Most components are imported from abroad with developed technology.

Packaging

We use plywood case as the normal packaging case, if client or nation standard requires, we can offer fumigating wooden case too. Shipping by sea is the normal type and urgent by air.
